Giving is An Act of Worship
At CrossBridge, we express this truth (worshiping through our giving) by covenanting together “to contribute cheerfully and regularly (see 2 Corinthians 9:6-7) to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the church, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the gospel through all nations,” as we strive to honor the Lord with the “firstfruits” (Proverbs 3:9) of all our labor.
Ways to Give
Place your gifts in an offering plate or box during any worship service
Mail your contribution to the church address
Give online via ACH or Debit Card (one time or recurring)
Why Give Through Mobile or Online?
Have you ever forgot your checkbook or missed an opportunity to give? Don't worry! We know how you feel. That's why we've partnered with Breeze to give you the ability to conveniently give with your mobile device or online, and track your giving.

How Should I Give?
Setting up an ACH (Bank Account) transfer is the best way to give because it:
Incurs the least amount of fees for the church (on average)
Creates less manual labor for the finance team (i.e. counting and recording)
Thus, maximizing your gift!
There is now an option to cover the transaction fees.
Simple giving process
Takes about a minute.
To use Text-to-Give:
1. Text the amount you would like to give to (516) 588-6143
2. If it's the first time giving by text, you will be sent a message that says, "It looks like you are a new giver; to begin: (link provided). It will be a link to our online giving page. Clicking on the link will prompt you to supply your payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) via the Breeze secure giving page. This payment source will then be linked with your phone number so that, in the future, all you will need to do is text in the amount. (You will not need to re-enter your payment information.)
3. If you have given by text before, you will receive a text in response confirming that your gift has been received successfully and you’re done.
4. If you would like to give to a specific fund, please text the amount and the keyword listed below:
amount + benevolence = ex: text "$50 benevolence" to give to Benevolence Offering
amount + building = ex: text "$50 building" to give to Building Mortgage Offering
amount + soundview = ex: text "$50 soundview" to give to Soundview Pregnancy Center
amount + missions = ex: text "$50 missions" to give to Missions Offering
amount + voiceoftruth = ex: text "$50 voiceoftruth" to give to Voice Of Truth Offering
You can also text the following handy commands (dollar amounts are examples only):
$50 weekly - This sets up a recurring gift of $50 each week. Frequency options are 'weekly', 'biweekly', 'monthly', and 'yearly'.
$50 missions weekly - Sets up a recurring gift of $50 each week to the missions fund. Frequency options are 'weekly', 'biweekly', 'monthly', and 'yearly'.
update - Allows you to update your payment method or recurring gift. The system will respond with a link where you can make these changes.
unlink - Unlinks your phone from the text-to-give system.
commands - Provides you with a list of the available generic text commands
