Embrace Ministry exists to compassionately serve both individuals and families facing unique physical and mental needs by:

  • providing one-on-one support and care during weekly gatherings,
  • connecting regularly with families about changes in care needs,
  • praying both with and for the individuals and families embracing these challenges.

We desire to compassionately serve others to honor those made in God’s image.

Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.

Psalm 139:13-14
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.

We desire to compassionately serve others to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Galatians 6:10
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and
especially those who are of the household of faith.

Act 20:35
In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of our Lord Jesus, how he himself said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

We desire to compassionately serve others as a living testimony of the Gospel in us.

1 John 3:16-18
By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. But if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need,
yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in Him?
Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.

Colossians 3:17
And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks to God the Father through him.
